Kate Titus is a NYC based
Art Director and Designer 
specializing in web and
print design for the fashion and lifestyle industries.


Kate received a BFA in Graphic Design from the University of Illinois and continued her education in London at Central Saint Martins School of Art & Design. She went on to study photography in New York City at the School of Visual Arts before returning to her home city of Chicago. In Chicago, Kate was the lead designer at Spoon Creative and later established a thriving independent design studio of her own. In 2010, she moved to New York City and joined the web design team at Victoria’s Secret. She was responsible for translating brand campaigns across all channels of the massive e-commerce site, as well as designing and art directing interactive editorial features. In 2012, she joined J.Crew Factory and helped to launch their first e-commerce site. Most recently, Kate has worked with Refinery29 on a variety of high-profile features that allowed her to utilize her diverse skill set and collaborate with editorial, photography, video, and product teams. In 2014, she pressed pause on her career and took off for a year long trip around the world with her husband Andy. She returned to New York City in 2015 with a fresh set of eyes, ideas and inspiration. Kate is currently working at Refinery29 as the Senior Art Director of Digital Innovation. Say hello!
